This is a fundamental marketing decision that you make usually when you’re putting together your business plan.  You need to ask yourself where is the demand?  or said another way who is making money and what type of demands do they have?

In general you will find the most success in industries that are highly profitable for instance medical, healthcare, financial services, restaurants, banking, telephony, etc…..

Note: another industry that I didn’t mention but I know that people already have considered this vertical is government.  The reason I did not want to talk about government is because it can be a little bit of a different type of vertical depending on the state that you live in and the industry that you focus on
